Our Cornish Whole Shell Mussels are a very easy meal that’s ideal for a midweek treat. Use a zesty Whiskey cream sauce to bring out the natural sweetness of the mussels, or add to a Thai Red Curry mix for a great kick. Mussels are high in zinc, iron, and vitamins A and B12, making them an excellent complement to your diet.
