For four persons, 1kg of classic Smoked Haddock is ideal. Breakfast with eggs of any kind is wonderful with smoked haddock poached in milk. It’s also a great addition to a hearty fish pie or kedgeree.

Craftsmen who have been smoking fish for decades smoke our haddock fillets in traditional smoke houses using oak chip flames (true). The fillets are hung overnight in the chimneys to provide a strong smokey flavour not available in today's supermarkets' automatic kiln smoked fillets.

Haddock's delicious, unique flavour is nicely amplified when it is salt-cured and smoked. Our traditionally smoked, undyed haddock fillets are the ultimate comfort food, firm but beautifully flaky.

The minimum weight of our smoked haddock sides is 250g, which is enough for one person. Supplied as 1kg, enough to serve 4.
